Titania offers an integral testing service covering all materials used in aerospace manufacturing: metallic materials, composite materials, paints, sealants, adhesives and fasteners, field in which Titania has unique expertise in the Spanish market.

Another differential value is its capacity to take care of all preliminary operations required in testing, without outsourcing, so the result is a better control of the complete process. It offers an integral service that covers all materials and types of tests and auxiliary operations, which are performed in house. Moreover, Titania has developed an in-house lab management system which gives maximum reliability and agility, automating through this system calculations and reports, reducing therefore the possibility of human error.

R&D is one of the hallmarks of the company. Thanks to its latest technology for research projects in surface treatments and composite materials, Titania is taken part in different international projects, in which it has contributed with its expertise in fields such as corrosion protection, materials laser processing, nanomaterials or industrial processes, among others.

A leading company in material testing and research projects for the industry. Titania testing quality services cover incoming, process control and first certifications of different processes used in aircraft manufacturing.

Titania has facilities of 2,000 m2 of laboratories that cover all types of materials and testing techniques: mechanical, microscopy, corrosion and climate, surface and joining technology, physical-chemical, thermal analysis, and non-destructive testing. The company counts with official international accreditations for its activity –ENAC/ILAC & NADCAP- and is approved by the major manufacturers Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, Bombardier and Sikorsky.

Titania has a pilot surface treatment plant that allows developing pre-industrial projects scale of a wide range of treatments, both chemical and electrochemical, and a composite manufacturing centre that completes the company vision on combining pre-industrial processes together with the strong capacity in the characterization of material properties.
