The shareholders of Cádiz-based Carbures and Madrid-based Inypsa approved the merger of both companies this past 22nd October, thus making the announced union official.
The resulting company is called AIRTIFICIAL, a name that showcases the area in which the new organization will specialize: technology linked to artificial intelligence and industry 4.0.
