IMPULSO Fase II
Description
IMPULSO project (“Research on 3D printing for industrial validation and digital environment connectivity”) proposes a novel development in 3D printed metallic components value chain with the ultimate goal of establishing an efficient and simple methodology that enables additive technology integration in production and manufacturing in relevant sectors such as aerospace and medical.
2nd stage of the project will allow development and transfer of technology & applied knowledge from aerospace to medical sector, creating synergies between both of them, facilitating its diversification, and implementing novel developments in different stages of the additive manufacturing value chain. The aforementioned improvements are conceived for their integration into medical and aerospace sectors enabling a technology maturity level jump and aiming at certification and compliance with regulation in these two strategic sectors.
Project supported by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.
