4i Intelligent Insights is an innovative applied technology company whose mission is to enable machines to better understand humans through natural, robust and private interaction for the benefit of our users.
The company has developed its own proprietary technology, a state-of-the-art, multi-modal, multi-lingual, multi-platform, locally-run human-machine dialogue system that enables private, robust and fluid interactions with robots and computers. This technology has multiple applications in the aerospace sector, contributing to the digital transformation, and increasing the productivity and safety of its production and quality control processes.
The company has been working in the aerospace sector since 2019 with the “Airconv” project whose objective is to incorporate a voice interface in the assembly line of an aeronautical factory. This R&D project continues its development through a direct contract with Airbus. Also since 2019, it has been collaborating with Honda Research Institute on various projects developing conversational solutions for robots.
The team, composed of 15 engineers, 4 are PhDs and 2 PhD students, has extensive experience in natural language processing. Between all team members, they have more than 100 scientific publications, two books and 14 patents, as well as a multitude of conversational solutions in production with hundreds of thousands of dialogs managed.
