Our HR Committee held a meeting with more than 15 companies, with the participation of our collaborating partner ADECCO to explain the “Legal Aspects of the new teleworking regulation”, a talk given by Javier Blasco, Director of the Adecco Group Institute and Legal and Health & Safety. Also Natalia Lechuga, Head of Safety, Health and Well-being of ADECCO, offered us information about the importance of the necessary training in Metal companies.
After the conference, the companies were able to find out the status of the sectoral training of the Junta de Andalucía. Actions and meetings that have been carried out in recent weeks.
Finally, within the “experience of our companies” block, we had the privilege of listening to José Antonio Ricca, Satys HR Manager, who spoke about his “HR Management Platform”.
