Description

Adecco is the world’s leading consultancy firm in the human resources sector. Iberia had a turnover of 1.085 billion euros in 2017. We have been operating in the Spanish labour market for 36 years, undertaking social work on a daily basis. According to Great Place to Work, we are one of Spain’s 10 largest employers, the 2nd best workplace in Spain, and the best in the HR sector.

Our figures speak for themselves: last year we employed over 126,000 people in Spain, of which 28,500 were under the age of 25, i.e. 36.13% more than the previous year. We also hired some 20,000 people over the age of 45 and apprenticed more than 50,800 students. In 2017, our Foundation counselled 18,353 people at risk of social exclusion. Thanks to the commitment of nearly 2,000 inclusive companies, we created 6,191 jobs. Likewise, the Foundation invested 11.8 million euros in social and labour inclusion projects. This year, according to Fundación Compromiso y Transparencia, the service sector foundation is the leader in transparency.

Since our inception, we have executed almost 10 million contracts in Spain. Furthermore, we have invested over 6 million euros in training workers, and 28% of our employees have a permanent contract with client companies. All thanks to a network of more than 300 branches in Spain and our 1,900 employees.
